Refund and Returns Policy

At Scenteria Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of
perfumes, we have specific return and refund conditions to maintain hygiene and product
quality. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Return Policy
    As perfumes are personal-use products, we do not accept returns once the product has been
    opened, used, or tested.
    Returns are only accepted if:
    ● You received the wrong item.
    ● The product was damaged upon arrival.
    ● The seal was broken upon delivery.
    Conditions for Return:
    ● The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    ● You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
    ● Proof such as clear pictures or videos must be shared via WhatsApp or Instagram.
    ● Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We do not provide free return
    shipping.
    ● If the product is damaged during the return process, Scenteria Scents is not
    responsible for the damage.
  2. Refund Policy
    Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
    ● You received a wrong or damaged item, and we are unable to replace it.
    ● The product is out of stock after payment has been received.
    ● You canceled the order before it was shipped.
    Refund Conditions:
    ● Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days via the original payment method.
    ● If the returned product is damaged during transit, your refund amount will be adjusted
    based on the extent of the damage.
    ● If the item is partially damaged, only a percentage of the refund will be provided,
    depending on the severity of the damage.
    ● If the item is completely damaged, a refund may not be issued.
  3. No Refunds or Returns for:
    ● Opened or used perfumes.
    ● Personal dislike of fragrance (since scent preferences are subjective).
    ● Orders where the issue was not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    ● Any item returned without original packaging.
  4. Exchange Policy
    Exchanges are only allowed if:
    ● You received a wrong product or a defective bottle.
    ● Exchange requests are made within 24 hours of delivery.
    ● The product is unused and in its original packaging.
    ● Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
